The media research associate as assigned the task of development and communication of insight and trends in consumer media behaviors- using syndicated reports, set top box data, and customer survey data. He is also responsible of proactive identification of voids in consumer and market knowledge, working to close gaps via collaboration with primary and secondary research sources. The media research associate has to identify and evaluate current and future business/media opportunities. The tools a media research associate are consumer segmentation, competitive analysis, and market trends statistical analysis. He has to participate in the development of strategic planning regarding programming/content, communication/promotions, and future media investments. The media research associate has to create recommendations to internal client team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in either media planning, a media research organization, or a syndicated media data provider
- BA/BS Degree- Preference for Business or Social Sciences focus
