Graduate Research Jobs description
The graduate research manager oversees university formative, summative, longitudinal and outcome assessment activities. He also coordinates and implements various studies which support strategic planning and various planning activities.The graduate research manager establishes systems to assess the results academic research of the graduates. He has to prepare interpretive reports to assist the university administration and deans to improve graduate student learning. The graduate research manager implements and monitors other institutional educational program reviews. He also has to perform and coordinate institutional level assessment across degree programs. The graduate research manager designs the educational research databases of the university. He also implements improvements to institutional effectiveness based on findings derived from assessment data.
The job candidate should at least be having a post graduate degree in education and more preferably a Ph. D in the field. He should have ample experience in teaching the graduates, normally ranging from 4-5 years.
