Research Coordinator Jobs description
The Research coordinator provides companies with valuable feedback, allowing them to evaluate consumer satisfaction, coordinating and plan more effectively for the future. Companies use research coordinators to explore new market segments, know competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and study factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research coordinator coordinates with the research associate about basic market research and helps identify customers' view of a brand and help build a better brand image. He also tests if new products or services would work and studies trends and forecast changes in the market. The research coordinator establishes facts and root-cause of an unexpected situation. The research coordinator collects and analyzes data to evaluate product or services. He/she monitors market conditions and changes in the marketplace that may affect sales.A bachelor's degree in the marketing field or business management is the minimum of requirements for being a research coordinator.
