Job Description We are currently looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Researcher and Library Assistant for our Bromley office on a 12 month FTC. You would be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks associated with the maintenance and development of a valued Library and Information Service. Key responsibilities will include undertaking business information enquiries, assisting in the provision of current awareness services, assisting the department with money laundering and intelligence checks. The Graduate Trainee Researcher and Library Assistant will also be responsible for updating the intranet pages using SharePoint and the administration of journal, loose-leaf and online subscriptions and also supplier invoices. You will also be responsible for other general office duties as well as conducting a variety of projects. You will either be a graduate or about to become a graduate in any discipline, looking for experience in knowledge management. You will be capable of working autonomously and also ensuring that routine tasks are completed effectively. You will possess fantastic written and verbal communication skills, strong computer literacy with a good workable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applications. You must be highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines. Other desirable skills include fantastic attention to detail, a flexible attitude and an enthusiastic personality. Why RSM?
