Job Number: R0033305Operations Research AnalystKey Role:Provide broad-based support to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Facility Engineering Directorate’s (AFCEC) and Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) mission. Serve as a consultant in support of centralized facility design and construction for Military Construction (MILCON), Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM), Air Force Comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AFCAMP), Construction Tasking Order (CTO) program and Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC) programs worldwide. Provide support to AF personnel in developing, executing, and enhancing the AFCEC design and construction program. Support AFCEC/CF with analytical, decision support, technical review, and data validation across the AFCAMP and IPL programs and projects to the CTO. Assist with full spectrum FSRM and MILCON program management support, including document preparation, program analysis, trend analysis, and root cause analysis. Provide programmatic support to AFCEC and CFTS facility engineering program management branch. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.\rBasic Qualifications:-5 years of experience in a professional setting-Experience with DoD automated data processing systems, data collection and data repositories-Experience with federal, state, and local regulations and statutes, Air Force and DOD regulations-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree\r Additional Qualifications:-Experience supporting AFCEC/CF-Experience with records management, project tracking, SharePoint and database maintenance-Experience with Integrated Priority List (IPL) and Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM)-Knowledge of Military Construction (MILCON) processes-Knowledge of Construction Tasking Order (CTO) program-Knowledge of Automated Civil Engineer System – Project Management (ACES-PM) Module, CTO Checkbook Database, Interim Work Information Management System (IWIMS), TRIRIGA, Adobe Pro 11, and AFCEC SharePoint-Possession of excellent organizational skills-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills\rClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.We’re an EOE that empowers our people—no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status—to fearlessly drive change.,
