The Senior Manager, Market Research Dermatology isnresponsible for generating, integrating and translating insights and analyticsninto growth opportunities and tactics that shape decisions and drivenorganizational action within the Janssen Biotech, Inc. Immunology BusinessnUnit. This position will partner closely with the existingnmarket research team and cross functional partners, while serving as anninternal consultant to the Marketing & Sales teams. This position plays ankey role in advising and counseling business partners in the development of newnand existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability fornbusiness results. This role will be lead professional, patient and payer marketnresearch efforts within the Dermatology franchise. Responsibilities include: Lead the development and implementation of primarynresearch plan for HCPs and Payer Stakeholders.Leads design of an overall market research plan tonaddress brand and or franchise strategic imperatives, identify appropriatensupplier partners, foster strong partnerships in the context of resources,ntiming and overall project goals.Be accountable for conducting research activities in ancompliant manner.Integrate primary research insights with analyticalninsights to build a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the marketnplace and key business issues within the Dermatology therapeutic area, andntranslate these into business impact.Provide strategic input to help shape strategic andnbusiness plans, brand strategies and new indication launch plans and life cyclenmanagement.Partner across the Commercial Insights & Strategy teamnto integrate all information (custom, syndicated, forecasted and modeled) intonstrategies and organizational actions that drive tangible growth in revenue ornprofit.Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceuticalnindustry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise businessnstrategies. Act with speed, agility and accountability.Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships,nadding value and insights for the organization; being insight driven to uncovernimportant unmet needs.Presents complex issues in a clear and persuasive mannerneffectively communicating recommendations to cross functional teams and brandnteam.Take personal accountability for making Credo-basedndecisions and fostering a Credo-based culture. The position includes the management of 1 direct report,nresponsible for Integrated Analytics. QualificationsBA/BS required; Advanced degree desirable.A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience innmarket research, business intelligence, marketing, sales, business analytics,nstrategic planning, or management consulting is required.A minimum of 3 years of market research experience isnrequired.Experience in pharmaceutical market research is preferredDiversity of experience is preferred, with demonstratednlearning agility to be able to move across different types of markets such asnprimary care/retail or specialty markets. Business/market experience and industry knowledge toninfluence franchise/brand level decisions and strategies are required. People management experience preferred.Proven ability to work in a highly matrixnorganization is requiredEffective in team interactions in ancross-functional environment. This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up ton20% domestic travel.
