What's the role?

As our Design Researcher, you can expect no day to be the same, as you work across customer experience or strategic projects, stretching your skills at desk research, observing people, macro trends and competitor comparisons. Researching empathetically to build the foundation from where we will define and design, turning analysis and synthesis into product vision.

More specific duties include:

Keeping up-to-date on the latest thinking in the world of digital business and the latest practices and tools.

Document creation and identifying key findings and extracting valuable insights.

Showing a deeper understanding of the people involved in the ecosystem

Helping to own and shape the research proposition.

Requirements:

What we need from you

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

Bachelor's Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience

Experience of, or openness to, working in agile ways, with an understanding of product management.

An appreciation and understanding of service design practices.

An understanding of digital development and technology.

An ability to communicate work visually/diagrammatically, as well as through the written word.

An ability to investigate problem spaces in terms of people, business, industry and scenarios.
