Experience in a rodent breeding colony preferred; experience with barrier facility procedures preferred. Research Specialist B: Bachelor\u2019s degree with 1 year to 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have experience with a mouse breeding colony. Must have experience working in a rodent barrier facility. Experience in a research laboratory strongly preferred. Some benchwork experience strongly preferred. Both levels: The successful applicant would be adaptable and interested in learning new systems, procedures and techniques. They should be team oriented and have the flexibility to meet varied and changing project needs. We work individually, but we all contribute to complete projects as a team. We all need to be self-directed and able to work independently. The applicant should be detail oriented and have good communication, computer and organizational skills. Qualifications Research Specialist A: Bachelor\u2019s degree with 0 to 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
