Research Analyst, People Analytics Research
Master's degree or PhD in Organizational Behavior, Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Economics, Labor Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with fundamentals (e.g., ANOVAs and/or regressions) and one or more advanced approaches (e.g., factor analysis, network analysis, LASSO, HLM, SEM).
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and analyzing data from surveys and/or experimental research. Experience conducting research in an applied setting.
Experience translating technical information for a non-technical audiences.
Experience with R, SPSS, STATA, or other statistical languages.
Experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, decision science, personality/individual differences, and/or longitudinal analysis research.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent consulting, client management, and project management skills.
Excellent analytical skills.

We are a group of social scientists who conduct experimental, survey, and archival research to inform people-related business decisions. Example content areas include, but are not limited to, employee development, diversity and inclusion, leadership, employee well-being, hiring, personality, and longitudinal data analysis. Our team members have research backgrounds, with PhDs in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior (micro and macro), Social Psychology, and related fields.
In this role, you will be a quantitative researchers contributing to Google-wide research and analysis efforts supporting equity, inclusion, and personality/individual differences research.
