A Business Operations Research Analyst for Management of Asian Specialty Supermarket at our company must be able to perform the following complex tasks:  Analyze, identify and define business operational problems, in the management process, including processes for attaining the missions and goals, financial objectives, forecasting expenditures and revenues, evaluating trends and opportunities, and the implementation & control. In addition, evaluate and indentify, operational issues regarding the management of individual departments including program implementation, performance management, and performance measurement;  Evaluate and analyze the company’s managements systems and compose innovative, flexible integrated solutions to meet changing business needs. Additionally, formulate forecasting models, business models, and related business data to determine the efficiency/accuracy of each model and system. Further, identifying challenges in each of the systems and models to effectively determine various alternatives;  Analyze management’s business’s strategic goals, objectives, policies and guidelines of obtaining potential revenue through statistical data analysis, the effectiveness and efficiency of support services, scheduled/unscheduled expenditures through the finance department and conduct simulation studies for comparison (benefit assessment of various forecasting and optimization models) to determine the most profitable and efficient business system for the management department.
The minimum requirement for entry into the offered position is a Bachelor's degree in Management, a foreign equivalent, or its equivalent skills and knowledge gained from progressively advanced professional positions.
