The Data Entry Specialist is a team member who contributes to our efforts to discover new prospects in support of lead generation campaigns. The Data Entry Specialist is expected to have or quickly develop an understanding of the legal landscape and Law360's core market segments. Under direct supervision of the Associate Director, Marketing Services, this position assists with prospect discovery, research, and data entry to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of our marketing data. This includes using internal and external information sources to identify organizations and individuals, collecting data to support marketing and sales efforts, and maintaining our prospect database. MUST HAVES* 1 years of experience with data entry, research, and corporate experience* Must be able comfortable maneuver through excel and word* BA\/BS DegreeBasic Responsibilities \u25cf Understand the business, research techniques, and marketing strategies \u25cf Prospect discovery: research information sources to expand Law360 prospect base \u25cf Identify potential organizations fit to market Law360 products and services (B2B) \u25cf Consult various data sources for relevant contacts at each organization \u25cf Perform ongoing maintenance of prospecting database to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness \u25cf Assist with research and sizing of current and potential markets and products \u25cf Gather metrics to support MRA team with monitoring the progress and measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs \u25cf Contribute to other lead generation and customer acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and trade shows and events \u25cf Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time Required Experience\/Skills \u25cf B.A.\/B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field \u25cf Strong working proficiency in computer applications including Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills a plus) \u25cf Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills and abilities \u25cf Strong project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects \u25cf Ability to demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing needs based on business and market demands \u25cf Strong teamwork and communications skills; be able to talk and listen well Preferred Experience\/Skills \u25cf Up to 2 years of Market Research and Data Entry experience \u25cf Experience with B2B marketing, prospect discovery, and lead generation \u25cf An interest or experience in the legal market About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
