The Position
The Department of Translational Oncology in Genentech Research is seeking a highly motivated employee to join a group of researchers evaluating novel targeted and immunotherapies in animal tumor models. The successful candidate will perform duties consistent with a Senior Scientific Researcher, requiring proficiency with numerous in vitro laboratory skills and familiarity with mouse in vivo and ex vivo sample analysis. The employee will evaluate the effects of experimental therapeutics alone and in combination to inform diagnostic hypotheses and clinical decision-making for experimental and clinical-stage molecules.
Applicants should have an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in immunology, oncology or related science.
