UX Research \/ Testing\u00a0
12 months *upon offer, candidates must complete a background check* Summary: The User Experience (UX) Research Specialist with Research\/Testing emphasis will partner with portfolio owners, product owners and UX Strategists and Analysts to consult and assist in designing appropriate testing protocols based upon identified goals, as well as co-authoring reports.\u00a0Candidate will also collaborate with User Interface Development and Design and Front End Engineering to offer recommendations and fine-tune designs based on testing outcomes Responsibilities: - User research training (e.g.HFI or NNg is a plus)
-\u00a0Experience writing research plans, scripts, taking notes, analyzing results and writing reports
-\u00a0Experience facilitating moderated usability tests, orchestrated unmoderated usability activities
-\u00a0Experience building prototypes in Axure or other prototyping tools
-\u00a0Experience with Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, UserZoom, usertesting.com or other survey or research tool experience good Required: - 5 years user research or general UX experience (comfortable with end-to-end UX process)
-\u00a0Candidate must be skilled in all appropriate research methodology, including but not limited to competitive\/comparative research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, testing and reporting.
-\u00a0Self-starter, proactive, assertive, collaborative, organized, thinks big picture but detail-oriented, multi-tasker, good communicator, comfortable being the face of research
-\u00a0Strong communication skills a must as researchers will be interacting with many individuals throughout the organization.
