The research associate will be responsible for preparing samples for next-generation sequencing using Agilent SureSelect, Kapa QPCR, and other Illumina sample preparation protocols. Bacheloru2019s degree and 2 years of relevant experience is required for the position. Prior experience with the Illumina HiSeq and aforementioned protocols is recommended. SNP genotyping experience is a plus. They will also quantitate samples using Nanodrop, Qubit, Agilent Bioanalyzer, Agilent TapeStation and Caliper LabChip GX. The ability to work in an interdisciplinary team is expected.
